A blueprint: your project goal, requirements, tasks, skills, recommended people and services from the catalog, estimated complexity, a suggested timeline, budget guidance and next steps.
The blueprint always states how it was made. By default Softqora uses a built-in rule-based planner and sends nothing to an AI provider. If a language model is configured, the blueprint says so, and the model can only choose from a fixed list of work categories.
From the catalog's listed prices and delivery times, which are demo samples today. The upper budget figure adds a stated 40% planning allowance. It is guidance, not a quote.
The blueprint tells you which parts have no matching listing and suggests requesting a custom quote, instead of guessing a price.
