This policy sets the rules for using Softqora. It is part of the Terms of Service. A marketplace works only if people can trust what they see, so these rules are specific.
1. Be honest about who you are and what you offer
- Use your real identity or business details. Do not impersonate a person, company or Softqora staff.
- Describe listings accurately. Do not claim skills, credentials, clients, results or verification you do not have.
- Apply the correct work-mode label to every listing and deliverable. Do not present AI-generated work as human-built. See the AI Disclosure Policy.
- Do not post fake reviews, buy or trade reviews, or use multiple accounts to inflate ratings or rankings.
2. Do not post unlawful or harmful content
You must not post, sell or ask for:
- anything illegal where you or the other party live, or that breaches UAE law;
- content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or incites violence or hatred against a person or group;
- malware, spyware, exploit kits, credential stealers, or services to attack, scrape or take over systems you do not own or have permission to test;
- phishing, fake login pages, counterfeit documents, fraudulent receipts or reviews, or other deceptive material built to be mistaken for the real thing;
- work that helps someone cheat an exam, forge a qualification, or commit academic or professional fraud;
- services that violate someone's privacy, such as doxxing or covert surveillance;
- stolen, pirated or unlicensed content, including code, designs and AI models you do not have the right to sell.
3. Respect intellectual property
Only list and deliver work you have the right to sell. Credit open-source and third-party material and honour its licence. Do not use another person's brand, character, logo, or distinctive design in a way that confuses people or infringes their rights. Report infringement through the Copyright and IP Complaints process.
4. Responsible AI use
You may use AI tools to help produce work if you disclose it correctly. You must not use the Platform to:
- generate deceptive deepfakes of real people, or content that falsely portrays real people as saying or doing things;
- produce content intended to deceive people at scale, such as coordinated fake testimonials or disinformation;
- build tools designed to bypass the safety systems of AI providers;
- submit another person's confidential or personal data to an AI tool without the right to do so.
5. Keep the marketplace intact
- Do not move a transaction that began on Softqora off the Platform to avoid fees or protections. Sharing contact details is fine after an order is placed; using that to avoid paying the fee is not.
- Do not interfere with the Platform: no probing for vulnerabilities without our written permission, no overloading it, no bypassing rate limits or access controls, and no automated scraping beyond what robots.txt allows.
- Do not harvest user data, or use data from the Platform for unsolicited marketing.
6. Treat people properly
No harassment, threats, discrimination or abuse in messages, reviews or deliverables. Disagreements about work belong in the dispute process, not in public attacks.
7. Free developer tools
The free tools on Softqora are for lawful use. Do not paste secrets, credentials or other people's personal data into any online tool unless you are comfortable with that. You are responsible for what you enter and for checking the output.
8. Reporting a violation
Report a listing, message or account at support@softqora.dev with a link and a short explanation. We review reports, and for serious or urgent risks we act first and explain afterwards.
9. What we may do
If you break this policy we may remove content, withhold payouts pending investigation where the law allows, limit features, suspend or close your account, and report conduct to the authorities. For minor first-time issues we will usually warn you first.
