These Terms are a contract between you and Papple World FZE LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Softqora", "we", "us"). They govern your use of softqora.dev and any related service (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you accept them. If you use the Platform for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.
Read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Buyer Terms, Seller Agreement, and Payments and Fees Terms. If a document specific to your activity conflicts with these Terms on that activity, the specific document prevails.
1. What Softqora is, and what it is not
Softqora is an online marketplace and project-matching service for digital work: services, products, templates, automations, AI agents, and the people and teams who offer them. We provide the technology that lets buyers describe work, find sellers and place orders.
Softqora is not a party to the contract between a buyer and a seller unless we say so in writing for a specific order. Sellers are independent. They are not our employees, agents or partners, and we do not supervise or direct their work. We do not guarantee that any seller will perform, that any deliverable will meet your needs, or that any verification label is a guarantee of quality. Verification records only what has actually been checked.
2. Pre-launch features
Some parts of the Platform are still being built. Pages and listings marked as demo or sample, features marked "not yet available", and prices marked "planned" are illustrations of the intended service, not offers. Nothing can be charged until billing is switched on, and we will say so on the Platform when it is.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You must give accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secret. Tell us promptly at support@softqora.dev if you suspect unauthorised use. One person or entity may not operate accounts to evade a suspension or to manipulate ratings, rankings or verification.
4. Using the Platform
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk, or expose us to legal liability. Where practical we will tell you why.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit (briefs, profiles, listings, messages, files). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and process that content as needed to run, secure and improve the Platform and to show your public content to others as you direct. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups for a limited period, content others have already shared or relied on, and records we must keep by law.
You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
Intellectual property in work delivered between a buyer and a seller is governed by the order terms and the Buyer Terms and Seller Agreement.
6. AI features and work-mode labels
The Platform uses AI to generate project blueprints, recommendations and drafts. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable, and you must check it before relying on it. Our AI Disclosure Policy explains the four work-mode labels sellers must apply and what each means. A seller who mislabels how work was produced breaches these Terms.
7. Fees and payments
Browsing and basic use are free. Paid plans and transaction fees, when enabled, are described in the Payments and Fees Terms and on the Pricing page. You agree to pay the fees shown to you before you confirm a purchase or a subscription.
8. Third-party services and links
The Platform may link to or integrate services we do not control. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is under their own terms.
9. Our intellectual property
The Platform, its software, design, trademarks and the Softqora name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or resell the Platform or its data except as the law allows or we agree in writing.
10. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, you allow us to use them without obligation to you.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that content or AI output will be accurate, or that any user is who they say they are or will deliver as promised. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law says cannot be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill;
- we are not liable for what buyers and sellers do or fail to do, or for the quality of their work;
- our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Platform is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose and AED 500.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You will compensate us for losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Platform, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licences already relied on, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) continue after termination. Open orders are handled under the order terms.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. For a material change we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or on the Platform. If you keep using the Platform after the effective date you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, close your account before then.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Ras Al Khaimah. Disputes are handled under the Dispute Resolution Policy: informal resolution first, then the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home courts.
17. General
These Terms and the documents they refer to are the whole agreement between us on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to a successor. Notices to you may be given by email or on the Platform; notices to us go to support@softqora.dev.
