Paste CSV or TSV data to clean it up: trim leading and trailing whitespace from every cell, add quotes only where they're actually needed (or force them on every field), and normalize line endings to LF or CRLF. Useful for tidying up CSV exported from tools that add inconsistent spacing or mixed line endings before it goes into another system.
