Paste comma-, semicolon-, or tab-separated data and convert it to a different delimiter. The data is fully parsed first (so quoted fields, embedded delimiters, and quotes inside quotes are handled correctly), then re-quoted for the new delimiter — a field that needed quoting under the old delimiter but doesn't under the new one comes out unquoted, and vice versa.
